Went a bit crazy with chocolate. To enter chocolate as fermentables I had to add it as a pound but it was really 14 oz. so that’s described in the “other” section.
I’ve made this recipe many times before without the chocolate and it’s a great stout.
Steps are out of order but the green arrows aren’t working for me.

2.Added 2 gallons of water. 6.6 pounds of Pilsen LME and 3 lbs of lightDME. Bring to boil.

5.Pulsed chocolate in food processor and added @ 15
6.Added 3.3 pounds of Vienna @15.
7.Tossed 5 Tabasco peppers that I split @ 10 minutes
8.Chill to 85, pitched two packets of liquid California yeast.
