Special Instructions

1.
Treat water to,obtain Ca - 50, Mg - 10, Na - 16, Cl - 70, SO4 -70
2.
Add roasted barley to Mash after 60 mins
3.
1.5 quarts/ lb mask thickness 4.0 gals mash
4.
2.0 gals spare water at 170 degrees for 60- 90 mins
5.
Heat Mash to boil add 1.5 oz hops for 60 mins
6.
Add.5 oz hops at 20 mins
7.
Add whirlfloc at 15 min
8.
Add lactic acid, chocolate powder and yeast nutrient at 10 mins
9.
Terminate boil and cool to 70 degrees
10.
Transfer to fermenter and add yeast
11.
After fermentation has completed , transfer to secondary.
12.
Add vanilla bean at 3 days
13.
Add crushed Oreos at 3 days
