Special Instructions

1.
Add grains and pumpkin are added at the begging in cold water and brought up to 145F and held for 45 min.
2.
pumpkin and grains are strained from the mix and kettle is returned to heat,
3.
add LME, and 1.9 LBS of AMBER DME to kettle, pitch in all hops at start of boil.
4.
At 30 min mark add the 1 lbs of AMBER DME,
5.
At last 15 add in Brown sugar, Pumpkin and Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
6.
Cool down, strain and add to fermentor
7.
Pitch yeast at 72F
