Add Irish moss at begining of boil (15mins). 4 oz rolled oats. 4 oz molasses. 4 oz brown sugar. 0.125 = 1/8 oz mosaic. The 1.875 oz (rest of 2 oz pack) mosaic at ten mins is really added at flameout, but it takes ten mins to get kettle down from higher temps with cooling. Add 1 oz of simcoe after high krausen.
