Notes:

sampled while bottling/kegging. Had a citrusy flavor, with a hint of mint aftertaste, which I have found is common when using my fresh homegrown hops and I suspect will dissipate with a few weeks of conditioning. Rather mild overall hoppiness with minimal bitterness. Seems like a solid brew, nothing spectacular, somewhere between a blonde and pale ale style. Could end up a nice transition recipe for people just starting to ease into the pale ale/ipa genre with enough interesting flavors involved, but not too much to scare noobies off.
