*100% RO Strike with 3.5 gal (@141F) to hit 133F p-rest. Add 3g CaSO4, 1g MgSO4, 2g CaCl, 2g NaCl. Hold for 10-15 minute. Add 1.075gal boiling water to hit 150F sacch rest. Hold for 30 minutes. Remove 1/3 thin mash, boil for 5 minutes, return to main mash, begin vorlaufing. Copper up to 7gal, add 1g CaSO4 to BK, Boil for 90 minutes. KO as cold as possible, oxygenate wort, pitch WY2278. Ferment at 48-50F.
