Mash 60min

Quick boil 15 min and chill to 37-46C, depending on bacteria strain

Bring the PH down to 4.5 using lactic acid

Pitch Lactobacillus bac
5.
Maintain wort temp at 40-45C until PH drops to 3.3-3.6
6.
Bring wort to boil and add hops
7.
Transfer, pitch yeast, and ferment as usual
8.
Cucumber and mint puree added to second fermentation
