Mash 153 for 45-60, boil, chill to 95, add phosphoric acid to ph 4.4

pitch 1 qt goodbelly, let rest 24 hours at 85F until PH 2.8. Bring to boil, add hops and chiller at 15

pitch s23 at 68, ferm at 65 for 1 week.
