Special Instructions

1.
Boil 60 minutes adding hops according to regimen above
2.
Add Ground Coriander, Orange Peel and wort chiller in last 10 minutes of boil. (all in a fine mesh hop bag)
3.
Chill wort to 68F, aerate wort and pitch yeast
4.
Ferment in primary at 63-68F /17-20C for 1 week or until head breaks
