Happy accident brew from an attempt at brewing a SMASH IPA and a Japanese Rice Lager. I was planning on brewing two separate batches, but when I placed the order online I forgot to specify that I needed the grains milled separately. I decided to move ahead with them anyway and ended up with a pretty crisp summer beer.
