Notes:
Com mais 10 dias ela ficou ainda mais bonita visualmente. O creme eh bastante persistente. Mas o aroma eh dominado por milho e manteiga do diacetil, assim como o sabor! :(
Notes:
Melhorou depois de 2 semanas de envase, porem ainda nao chegou onde queria, precisa de mais tempo. Clarificou mais, esta bonita, e a espuma persistente. Aroma ainda um pouco estranho, nao consigo identificar direito, mas tem algo de "errado" tbm, talvez diacetil ou DMS. No sabor, tbm esta mais agradavel q antes, amargor presente na medida, porem tbm ha algo de cetona no sabor, alcoolico... vamos ver se melhora com mais 1 semana de lagering.
Notes:
Ok mas precisa de mais tempo de maturacao (lagering), pois esta com bastante sabor do malte pilsen e um pouco desequilibrada. A cor ficou um amarelo palha, acho que poderia ter um pouco mais de cor. Espuma ok persistente. Aroma de malte pilsen. Amargor acho q depois de maturar vai ficar na medida.
