Notes:

Tastes like a hefeweizen. Bubblegummy, cola-y. Probably too highly carbonated (although I know that's what the style calls for), the sweet fizziness made it taste like a soda. Would go all-grain next time, and combine the bavarian wheat yeast with maybe a saison yeast to moderate the homebrew hefe quality.
