Special Instructions

Use 3 Jugs of RO water. 1.5 for Mash and 1.5 for Sparge
2.
Add 2.5 TSP Gypsum, 1 Ounce of Phosphoric Acid
3.
90 Minute Boil
4.
Add Sweet Orange peels (in muslin bag) with 5 minutes to go
5.
Use Wild Thing Starters and Ferment in the brewing room (23C ish)
6.
Dry Hop on Day 7
