Special Instructions

1.
Steep All Crush Grains / Specialty Grains in 4 Liters water at 66degrees for 40minutes
2.
Remove steeping grains and bring to boil. At 10g Saaz and boil 10 minutes. Add 10g at flame out
3.
Flameout and Add all the Liquid Malt Extracts and stir to dissolve.
4.
Pour to fermenter and top up to 23Liters with cold water.
5.
Pitch WB-06 at 25C and ferment at 23.5C for 3 weeks. Add anti foaming agent.
