Notes:

Not bad. Hops seem like a weird choice, would probably go with a European variety next time. The yeast seems to be a pretty big part of the flavor, and combined with the citra hops, makes for a more intense/pungent aroma than the best examples of this style demonstrate. I like the dryness and to some extent the spicy/pepperiness but would like it to be more crisp and refreshing. Maybe different hops and rehydrating the yeast before pitching would help.
