Notes:

Very good (though obviously not as good as the Fair State Strata but very close). Wife really likes it. Strata REALLY came through during transfer from primary to secondary but was less forward when ready. Still good. Hue was slightly less hazy than anticipated as well though I really don't care about that. Would recommend shorter secondary and potentially 1-2 more oz in dry hopping
