Special Instructions

1.
Make a 2,3 liter starter if you use fresh yeast

Or use 40-45 g of dried yeast

Ferment at 10-12 C for 14 days

Raise temperatur gradually to 15-16 C for another 7 days

Rack to keg for lagering. Lager cold for 6 weeks. Carbonate to 2.6 vol.

Or transfer to bottles. Use 6-7 g/l sugar for carbonation. Keep in room temperature for 10 days. Then lager cold for 6 weeks.
