1.Heat 5.9 gallons of strike water to 117. Add 11 lbs of grain for a target mash in temperature of 113.
2.Follow step mashing schedule.
3.Spare with 1 gallon of water heated to 175 degrees at end of mash.
4.Bring to boil, and follow hoping schedule.
5.Add whirlfloc tablet at 15 minutes before flame out.
