Special Instructions

1.
Heat 5.9 gallons of strike water to 117. Add 11 lbs of grain for a target mash in temperature of 113.
2.
Follow step mashing schedule.
3.
Spare with 1 gallon of water heated to 175 degrees at end of mash.
4.
Bring to boil, and follow hoping schedule.
5.
Add whirlfloc tablet at 15 minutes before flame out.
6.
Add orange peel at flame out during whirlpool.
