Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains in 2.8L water at 66C for 30 min. Rinse grains with 1.5L water at 77C and make boil up to 11L. Add DME and bring to boil
2.
Hop as directed, Whirlpool small amount of cascade. Add Irish moss with 15 min left of boil
3.
Make to 19 L and ferment at 20C
