Notes:

Not bad, hops were very intense at first with deep, savory herbal notes, faint onion and garlic. After a week or two the hop character became much more mellow and the onion/garlic character faded completely leaving a nice earthy, peppery hoppiness which was very pleasant. I would lessen the crystal malt addition next time, the extra flavor and color weren't necessary. Bitterness was perfect, finished dry but it still had some body and mouthfeel.
