Add 1/3 of the corn sugar every 2-3 days after beer is in the primary fermenter

Dry Hop #1 - Simcoe/Amarillo/Warrior

Dry Hop #2 - Columbus/Centennial
4.
Dry Hop #3 - Simcoe/Chinook/Warrior
5.
Dry Hop #4 - Simcoe/Amarillo/Columbus
6.
Cool wort to 66F. Ferment at 66F for 7 days.
7.
Raise to 68-70F, add dry hop #1 and hold 7 days,
8.
Rack to brite tank (secondary). Add dry hop #2 and hold 4 days.
9.
Add dry hop #3 and hold 4 days.
10.
Add dry hop #4 and hold 4 days.
