Brought 4.2 gallons of water up to 160 degrees and added 13lbs of grain for 90 minute mash.

Batch sparged with 3.5 gallons of 170 degree water.

Followed 75 minute boil schedule, adding 0.3 oz crushed peppercorn, 0.3 oz freshly minced ginger, and 0.5 oz bitter orange peel at 5 minutes with the late hop addition.
4.
Brought wort down to 80 degrees with ice bath after flameout and pitched yeast (2L starter made 48 hours prior).
