Notes:
This is fantastic. I thought the new beer tasted chocolaty before adding the cocoa nibs so I steeped it in 10 oz vodka and added to the secondary but only left it there for a 8 days before kegging. Put onto nitro tap! Fantastic. Beautiful pillow of brown sugar colored bubbles. Roasty flavor is just right and balanced by the lactose sweetness without being cloying. Chocolate flavor is there but not the only thing you notice. I love this beer.
