Brewed in 10 gallon pot with new burner. Took no time to get boiling. Had to turn down so it didn't boil over. Yeast took off in about 11 hours.

Brewed in two 3 gallon pots b/c I wanted to ensure I got all bitterness from hops and to make sure it didn't get too dark. Fermentation took off about 11 hours after yeast pitched. Just moved from one spot to next. Apparently woke up yeast and they went crazy. March 10, blowoff was done. Took off blowoff tube and put on airlock. Moved from tub to underneath stairs. Very cool in basement this time of year; so will let primary ferment at least two weeks.
