Recipe called for WLP072 French Ale. Substituted Omega PYL006 British Ale. Too much grain for my mash tun, did 2 mashes and a long sparge. Used water profile amber balance, unsure of water additions. FG came in at 1.010 seems thin but decent mouthfeel. Possibly due to the oats. gelatin and cold crashing at 16 days
