Recipe called for WLP072 French Ale. Substituted Omega PYL006 British Ale.
Too much grain for my mash tun, did 2 mashes and a long sparge.
Used water profile amber balance, unsure of water additions.
FG came in at 1.010 seems thin but decent mouthfeel. Possibly due to the oats.
