Special Instructions
1.Steep speciality grains (in mesh bag) at 150-155 degrees for 60 min. in 3.75 quarts water
2.Heat 3.35 gallons of water, in brew pot, to approx. 200 degrees.
3.Sparge grains into brew pot with 6 quarts water @ 170 degrees
4.Turn heat off on brew pot. Add LME stirring well to incorporate. Bring to boil and begin 60 minute timer
5.Add hops per hop schedule. Add Whirlfloc tablet at 15 min. remaining .
6.At end of boil, place wort chiller in pot and cool to approx 70 degrees
