Mash 4 gallons with 1.0g gypsum, 1.4g CaCl, and 3.0g baking soda
2.
Sparge 1 gallon then add 0.25g gypsum, 0.35g CaCl

Cold steep coffee for at least 12 hours and add liquid to fermenter after primary
4.
Steep bourbon soaked wood chips for 14 days after primary fermentation as well
