Special Instructions

Mash temp. 154 Degs. @ 60 min. and drain into boil pot.
2.
Then fly sparge with 170 Deg. water into boil pot then proceed to boil for 60 min.

Notes:

A little bit darker in color but not by much, the aroma is orange, citrus almost sweet fruit. The taste citrusy, grapefruity almost juiceyfruit or guava tasting, a little hop bitterness at the end. I did start fermenting this ale around 85 Degs. and finished up in about 3 days. I can't get over how much fruityness this beer has, very good. Kinda digging the Kviek Strain.
