Special Instructions

1.
First Flameout Hop addition at 180 degrees during cooling. Second addition at 90.
2.
Remove chiller coil at 80 degrees, add O2 stone and whirlpool for 10 minutes.
3.
Add dry hops in mesh bag after transfer to secondary.
