Special Instructions

1.
Heat 23 Liters of water to 72C steep 1 pound of Carahell for 30 mins

Remove grain bag,bring wort to boil add 2 pound of DME and 0.5 oz of Meridian hop

At 30 mins of the boil add 0.5 oz of meridian and amarillo hop

Sanitize Caboy,siphon, rubber, airlock, thermometer, funnel

At 15 min add 0.5 oz of meridian hop and whirfloc, put the coil chiller in

At 60 min turn off the heat, run water through the chiller until worth drop to 20 c
7.
Pour worth into fermentor, pinch yeast, close air lock, put in the fridge at 20 c for 17 days
8.
Dry hop at 10 day after ferment with 0.5 oz fo meridian and 1.5 oz of amrillo
9.
Add 95 g of corn sugar(boil with water) to a bucket, siphon beer in
10.
Bottle with sanitizer cap, condition for 3-4 wk
