temperature in mash declined by at least 10 degrees (from 154 to 142-ish). Added some of sparge water and mashed 10 mins longer, but didn't really recover temp, nor could I get mash-out to 170 since I was adding sparge water to cooler. Probably should mash in pot so I can heat it up. poor extraction - though smells awesome - 1.043 to fermenter.To fermenter at about 730pm, a few bubbles now at 730am.8/25/2019 - gravity at 1.010, transferred to secondary with about 0.2 oz CTZ and 0.3 oz citra. ...
