temperature in mash declined by at least 10 degrees (from 154 to 142-ish). Added some of sparge water and mashed 10 mins longer, but didn't really recover temp, nor could I get mash-out to 170 since I was adding sparge water to cooler. Probably should mash in pot so I can heat it up. poor extraction - though smells awesome - 1.043 to fermenter. To fermenter at about 730pm, a few bubbles now at 730am. 8/25/2019 - gravity at 1.010, transferred to secondary with about 0.2 oz CTZ and 0.3 oz citra. About 1.8 gal to secondary (perhaps underestimated the volume in primary) 8/29/2010 - pulled hops, replaced with 0.4 oz Citra and ?0.4 oz Mosaic from old bag 9/3/2019 - pulled hops, replaced with 0.4 oz Citra, 0.4 oz Simcoe - realized I shouldn't have used the CTZ before gravity about 1.008 9/11/2019 - bottled, 1.008 gravity - 8 22oz bottles. Would've had one or two more bottles but sloshed liquid during transfer and didn't want to wait for settling. Lotsa work for just 1.375 gallon of beer ;-) interesting, slightly hoppy aroma, bitter taste should be about 4.6% abv pretty good, light, crisp flavor with good bitter - as always would like more hops aroma
