Should the chamomile really be 4 oz? That seems like a lot. Should it be 4 grams?

It is 4 ounces which is a lot. I added the flowers after boil as the wort chilled. The chamomile was only in the beer for about 20 minutes as it cooled. This gave the beer a nice floral aroma and flavor. Try less if you want or if you are adding to the boil which probably extracts more flavor, like in tea. Good luck either way. It is a very nice drinkable beer.
