Notes:

In my Snifter, the last bottle before cellaring. Served quite cold. A lightly hazy reddish brown body with a nice, slightly off-white head. Toffee, cherries, dark fruitcake and strong peat smoke come together to form a pleasant aroma. The taste is great, sweet but with some dryness at the end, all of the tasty aromas coming through as potent flavours. The smoke is strong but very enjoyable. A mouthfeel that is creamy and mid-light carbonated makes this a smooth treat. A fine ring of head is lasting the whole way down. This is a fine beer, very happy with the results. It has been quite clear at warmer temperatures.
