Special Instructions

Add honey malt and caramel to cold boil water and heat to steep at 155-165F for 30min-60min
2.
Add honey at flame out or during wort cooling. Add 2 gal of apple juice to help cool wort and bring up to 5 gals total.

Pitch Wyeast 1450 (Denny's Fav 50) at 65-70F, and ferment at 63-65F for 2 weeks. Pitch Safale US-05 if FG not low enough
