Special Instructions

1.
Make a 1.5 liter starter or use 2 rehydrated sachets US-05. WLP001/WY1056 would work great, too.
2.
Add oxygen for fresh yeast
3.
Pitch yeast with brewers clarex/clarity ferm and ferment for 14 days. Keep temperature low @ 17 C for the first week.
4.
Transfer to keg or bottles. 2.3 vol – or 6 g/l if you prime with sugar.
