Special Instructions

1.
Bring 6.5 gallons of water to 164 degrees.
2.
75 minute Saccharification Rest at 154 degrees.
3.
Mash-out at 168 for 10 minutes.
4.
Raise to a boil and add 2 oz of Fuggles.
5.
After 45 minutes add 2 oz of EKG.
6.
Move to primary fermenter for one week until 90% attenuation.
7.
Rack into secondary fermenter for another week and dry hop with 2 oz of Fuggles.
