Mash Steps

Steep (brew in a bag)

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains for 30 minutes when water reaches 160?f
2.
Once steeping is done add extract and stir till all extract is dissolved.
3.
Do not return to heat till all extract syrup is dissolved to avoid scorching.
4.
Turn heat back on and bring to a boil once extract is fully dissolved.
5.
Once boil is done, cool in ice bath till temp is at pitching temp (80? and below)
6.
Add to fermenter and add water to bring up to the 5 gallon and aerate wort well before pitching yeast.4h
7.
Fermentation should be complete in 10 - 14 days
