Special Instructions

1.
Add 7.8 gallons of water to boil vessel
2.
Heat mash water to 150 degress
3.
Add 12 lbs of grain and adjuncts to water and mix
4.
Mash in at 150 for 60 minutes
5.
Mash out at 168 for 10 mins
6.
Pull grain from water
7.
Raise water temp to 212 degrees
8.
At 40 minutes point add Hallertau hop bag
9.
Add whirlfloc at 45 mins
10.
At 10 minutes add Saaz hop bag
11.
Turn off heat at 60 minutes
12.
Pump wort through sanitized chiller and cool to 70 degrees
13.
Transfer to fermenter and add US-05 yeast
14.
Add 4 oz of Blueberry flavor to fermenter after fermentation is done
15.
Carb over a week

Nice notes of Blueberry and has a creamy feel. I haven't carbed yet but taste is there.
