10 months in my buddy tapped his batch...OMG!!! This will be a yearly brew to look forward to the next year. Trying to hold off to December 18th to tap mine might only make it to thanksgiving. By far the best beer I've ever made so far.
Didn't make it to thanksgiving tapped 2 weeks prior. We're brewing this soon for next year again!
