Notes:

Really happy with the result on this one. Plenty of dark fruity notes without being boozy at all, medium body with slick mouthfeel. Tastes more like 5-6%, though it finished at 8.5% due to fermenting drier than expected. Will try whirlfloc next time, but no other changes to the recipe
