Special Instructions

Alternative yeast; Ferments Saflager w34/70 (3 x 11,5 g).

Use 2,5 liter starter for WLP850 (1 vials). Or rehydrate 3 packets og S-189.

Plenty of oxygen.

Ferment for 3-4 weeks at 10 C and 2 days at 15 C.

High carbonation: 2,7 vol (8 g/l of sugar)
