Special Instructions

mash at 150?F (65?C) for 60 minutes.

Sparge at 175?F (79?C) to collect 6.5 gallons (24.6 L) of pre-boiled wort

Boil for 90 minutes.

Add 1 lb (appr 4 cups) lactose at knockout (end of boil)
5.
Cool to 60?F (16?C) and pitch yeast.
6.
Add 1.5 oz (42 g, 3 Tbls) chocolate extract (in secondary or keg)
