Special Instructions
1.One day ahead prepare yeast starter; 3L water, 300g DME, aerate well, add both yeast packets.
2.Shake or stir starter well every few hours or use a stir plate and 5L flask.
3.Mash as indicated in 18-19L water (using RoboBrew with pump on)
4.Note each mash step includes additional time for temperature increase of about 1.5°C/Minute using 1kw element.
5.Sparge to collect 19L of wort.
6.Boil 1 hour to reach final volume of 14L
7.Chill quickly, put into primary fermenter, add yeast starter.
