Special Instructions

1.
Add the Irish Moss at the beginning of the boil.
2.
Add the ginger root, raw coconut, and 2 oz. of extract for the last 15 minutes of the boil.
3.
Ferment for 2 weeks.
4.
Bottle condition for 2-3 weeks.

Notes:

Coconut up front with a smooth spicy saison tickle on the tounge. Finish is clean and smooth.

Notes:

Added 2 oz coconut extract to keg for conditioning. Previous adjunct of coconut boiled or cooked off. Only add to secondary or conditioning vessel. 1 case of bottled beer will not receive extra extract. Tasting notes to follow.
