For testing, I'm going to rack 1 gallon of this on top of 3 ounces of the dried elderberries to see how it turns out.

Notes:

The yeast made it more of an American wheat beer and not a hefeweizen. It's very bland with not a lot going on. Basic. I would definitely do this again with corriander and orange peel but for this recipe and what I wanted it to be it fell way short.
