4 gallons of water and 1 Campden Tablet into Brewers Edge set for 122 F

Dough in 4 gallons - 122 for 30 min

Raise temp to 150 for 60 min

Post-mash gravity of 1.065

Lauter then sparge w/ 4 gallons at 172

60 Min Boil (just short of 6 gallons after sparging)

Pitched yeast starter (24 hour starter)
