Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains for 1 hour at 160F.
2.
Boil for 1 hour following hopping steps. Add Irish Moss 5 minutes before the end of the boil.
3.
Chill rapidly and ferment between 68F and 72F for 2 weeks following dry hopping steps.
4.
Transfer to secondary fermentation and ferment between 68F nd 72F for 2-3 weeks following dry hopping steps.
