Special Instructions

1.
Add Matcha Powder at Flame Out.
2.
Sake: 6 cups of Rice (washed and soaked for 2 hours).
3.
Steam Rice for 1 hour. Chill to almost room temperature. Crush 2 Sake Balls and sprinkle onto the rice.
4.
Mix the rice and place into fermenter jar or bucket for 30 days.
5.
After fermentation Strain the Sake from leftover rice and put into a secondary tank for clarity.
6.
Add Sake to Primary tank.
