steep grains while heating 2.25 gal water, remove at 168*F

Bring to boil and add hops according to schedule

Allow final hops addition to steep for 10 minutes

Pour over strainer into fermenter

Mix syrup/honey with cooling water and then pour over hops etc into fermenter
6.
Pitch yeast at 68*F
